Plant-Based Protein


Mostly relying on plant based protein in your diet each day will help to reduce your intake of saturated fats. Remember that old food pyramid and how fats and sugars were at the top? It shows that we don’t really need those as much as the SAD American diet provides. SAD stands for Standard American diet.

Try having one or two meatless days per week to give a plant-based lifestyle a try!
